Our Trust
Dhupguri Primary Teacher's Training Institute is established by the Dhupguri Educational Trust under the active leadership and initiative of Santosh Kumar Saha, a renowned figure in the field of Education with a goal to prepare better personalities in the field of Education, particularly in the primary level. Sri Saha being the settler trustee with other Seven Trustees constitute the Trust to render commendable service in the field of Education. The Board of Trustees after proper investigation and analysis of existing scenario of Primary Teacher's Training identify Dhupguri Block under Sadar Sub-Division to establish a D.El.Ed College in the name and style Dhupguri PTTI for Training of in-service Primary school teachers as well as young people desire to join as a primary school teacher.

Dhupguri PTTI run by Dhupguri Educational Trust is waiting for recognition by the ERC, NCTE and Affiliation to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to conduct D.Ei.Ed course for 2 (two) years duration. In order to run the institution a good number of qualified teachers and non-teaching staff have been appointed, including the Principal.
